My printer could not recognize the first 2 sent. Support quickly sent another set. When swapped out, only black worked (same problem with color detection). Customer service was quick again, but I had to go through a lot of hurdles (like sending pictures) which I could never do when I wasn't at my printer (like at work). Finally given up. I could try another gas station company, but there's a good chance I'll pay full price for a lot less hassle.
