This review is based on a product that I received. It's great to find a replacement hose at a good price and not only does it work, it has a longer hose which has always been a big problem with this Shark model. Attempting to use hand tools resulted in the vacuum frequently falling and damaging my hardwood floors, walls, and furniture. I have a white vacuum cleaner and the replacement is grey, but who cares! See photos. 1. compares my original hose to a replacement; 2. shows my vacuum cleaner with old part; My 3rd vacuum cleaner with a new part. Although there is little difference in hose length, the hose itself is more flexible in its stretching, so the resulting usable length is much better. I'm hoping this doesn't wear out the spring and flex of the tubing material sooner, so there's still time. Now I am happy.
