The team is very helpful, attentive to details of every project we work with them! They are super responsive via email or phone calls when needed - always friendly & professional in their communication/workflow process. I have been working directly with one person at this time (I think it's Amanda) who has worked incredibly hard over several months since starting out as our client rep through my agency. She was able to understand what kind of media coverage would be most valuable for us from day 1. We've had some great success stories already which gives me confidence that she will continue moving forward towards achieving those goals effectively. Working closely together during early stages helped build rapport so there were no surprises later down the road once things started rolling along smoothly.
