Fits a half gallon tank. The expectations of an LED were justified to 100%. I used a lamp to light the tank that was much brighter and I think my betta likes the softer light better. Not used for a larger tank unless you need a headlight. I only gave 4 stars because I wish it was a 2 LED fixture as that would be perfect.
