I like how easy it is to create demos, as well as being able to easily add in my own voiceovers or music! It's great that you can also use their library of stock audio clips if needed for special effects when creating content. Sometimes there are bugs where you have to refresh before they go away which makes me feel less comfortable using this tool every time. They need more people working behind the scenes so things don't get buggy sometimes. We're solving problems by helping customers find what works within their unique needs/situations. This has allowed us to be very customer centric while still providing them value through quality work.
