Healed my carpel tunnel while pregnant
I bought this to help with carpel tunnel issues I've been having lately. I had never had a tunnel before this pregnancy and couldn't sleep all night it was so painful. This wrist guard fixed the problem. I ordered a second one to wear on each arm. it's very comfortable, it's soft yet supportive thanks to the combination of metal brace and foam beads. This keeps your wrist at a comfortable angle throughout the night. Highly recommended.
