My wife wears a size 3 children's shoes so it's not always easy to buy her shoes that look normal on an adult. Minnetonka makes a great line of children's shoes that are identical or very similar to adult shoes. They are just as well made as the adult versions and not the cheap quality often associated with children's shoes. It seems that children's shoes are often of lower quality because they are expected to outgrow them quickly, they are not a long-term investment. This is obviously not the case for an adult with small feet, so it's nice to find some shoes and slippers, that are manufactured to "adult" quality standards. She loves them and wears them every day!
