Avoid this product. The first one I ordered had a hideously loud squeaking problem when in use. I returned that and was sent a replacement. At first it was silent, and I thought great, the first one was just defective. But a month of use in, the new one is also squeaking. It's just a flawed product unfortunately, and since I can't return it I need to look for a different solution. It's not a bad seat - it's fairly comfortable - but the constant squeaking is incredibly irritating.
