I have problem with being bloated all the time and also i wanted to get my young flat belly back while im to the gymas much as i can. This waist trainer is good not to say great,it has a zipper which is easier,its good for someone with a long waist and mt favorite part is the fact it has two belt. The only con i have is, its not stretchy at all not even the belts other than that its great. I recommend it because its comfortable and i wear it everyday and it does the job.
