I need to work remotely during COVID quarantine and bought this to help me with that. I have opted for a cheaper item as I don't expect to be doing this for more than a few months. It feels a little flimsy, but so far the product has met my expectations. It fit easily into my Cisco work phone and the sound quality was reasonable. Nobody complained that they didn't understand me. My only complaint was that the fit is a bit tight for people with big heads (like me) and can get a bit uncomfortable after a while. Luckily, you can easily switch from right to left ear. Overall it's a decent product for the price paid, but if you plan on using it for years I would go for a more comprehensive and probably more expensive product.
