Nice resistance, great for lower body
These have significantly more resistance than the rubber ones I’ve owned for the last couple years (which are now super worn out). I feel like these will last longer than my old ones- they are very thick and sturdy. A great next step from the lighter resistance my old ones had! I also like that I can use these with shorts- the rubber ones hurt bare skin, but these feel fine and stay in place.
