This is your standard I would call deli style wax sheets. I often make homemade bacon. I use them to rest the bacon on when I'm slicing it. Slicing homemade bacon is a pretty greasy task. I find that these sheets hold up very well. They don't turn into a paper mess with grease. In fact, I put these sheets directly into vacuum bags. I think this is a good buy for a good product. You can hardly go wrong. I paid full price for this item. In return, I'll give you my honest opinion of what I think of the product after trying it.
