This folding knife replaces another that I have used for many years. Eventually the cutting edge will become dull and more force will be needed to cut vegetables. This is sharp and comfortable to grip. Using a corrugated cutter adds interest and visual appeal to cooked vegetables and salads. I've even used it to cut chilled homemade cookie dough and cheese cracker buns. (Just don't use it with dough that has chocolate or nut chunks in it. The cuts won't be the same.) I would like.
