Review on Military Grade DEYACE Tactical Magnetic Quick Release: Unparalleled Efficiency and Reliability by Mike Pettigrew

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty good as a basic belt, but a BAD EDC belt.

The belt was advertised as an EDC stretch belt. If you can pull the belt tight enough to support your EDC (more compact in my case) it seems to work, but when you lean/sit/turn/walk the belt stretches too much and the EDC slips, causing it to slide you waste a lot of time. reset its position. After several days of testing, I found that the buckle where you adjust the length of the belt slips. I think this setting should be revised for a redesign. Now the buckle itself worked quite smoothly and flawlessly. Snaps easily into place and seemed very secure once snapped into place. Worn as a simple belt, I found it very light and comfortable. The elongation for this use was very good as it gives little and does not burn. Unfortunately I bought it for EDC and since it didn't meet those requirements I sent it back.
