I bought these toothbrushes to help my kids brush their teeth better. My dentist told me that electric toothbrushes are better than non-electric ones. I decided it's better to buy some for my kids because I'm worried that they will rush to brush their teeth daily and they won't get well. Now they both like how they feel. I will say that my 10 year old daughter said her gums were a bit sensitive at first. She used a toothbrush but I think she doesn't clean her gums well. Now she's used to it. Also, the brush comes with those color-coded strips so you don't confuse your toothbrush with other people who have one.
