Great for quick toning
I've been using these bands daily for a week so far and I feel my workouts are more productive. Since the gym isn't open I was looking to work out at home. I'm looking to tone up my butt and legs and after a session with these bands I feel the soreness. You don't need to put in a lot of time. On day one I started with a 15 min session and gradually increased. Packaging is nice and I will consider taking these on trips when I begin traveling again.
- These bands are very good but I feel that it's not hard enough , but in general it's worth the money!
