I wear a shoe size 10, but ordered the xl (size 11-12) of this slipper, as in the winter I often also wear thick socks with the slipper (and experience has shown me that these types of slippers run small compared to shoes). The slippers arrived within a few days of placing the order with a small tag in the box with care instructions. Very friendly of the manufacturer - also with a request to contact them directly if there are any issues. The sole has "memory foam". At first this was uncomfortable with a slightly high arch, but within several hours, the sole had fallen to a very comfortable (what I call) normal thick padded sole. They also fit better when walking if I'm wearing socks. I find they slip around on my bare foot a bit.Also, both slippers do not exactly look alike. (see photo) The right is a bit wider than the left, with the fleece slightly misshapen. However, for this price, I'm not going to contact the manufacturer, nor am I going to treat this as a complaint. If I wanted perfection, I would have purchased a higher end slipper - either online or in a store. These slippers work just fine for me - let's hope they last a few years like previous ones have done!
