Review on Audio-Technica ATH-ANC300TW QuietPoint Wireless Active Noise-Cancelling In-Ear Headphones, Black 🎧 - Immerse in Your Music with Unmatched Audio Clarity and Absolute Silence by Jessica Fields

Great sound for functionality

I'm frustrated that I have to write this review like this as I've been using Audio-Technica for studio products for a long time and when I went to upgrade from my Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo ($40) and I expected great results from these headphones. The sound quality is excellent, and the headphones themselves fit well enough that I've done gardening in them without worrying about them falling out. Mic quality is good, but I wish there was a pass-through option during a call (otherwise wearing both headphones is a recipe for screaming). Also, there's a 1/6 chance that something will go wrong with the noise-cancellation while on a call and the left earbud will start making TERRIBLE LOUD metallic noises until you hang up. Given the price, I'm also hoping they have slightly longer battery life (you can get 4 hours of intermittent music/phone calls before needing a charge). For these reasons I can't recommend them for the money and if I didn't like the sound quality I'd probably try to return them. Hopefully a firmware update will fix some of these issues!
