Please note that "small" has a reason. the quality of the material was great in my opinion, I like the organization and space, although it's still small and compact, my only problem was that I couldn't zip the main compartment because my mini planner was too tall (this one is what I do. Keep me on call 24/7 for family medical information, medical records, etc.). The return was easy and hassle free. Again, if the handbag was an inch longer, it would be perfect for me personally.
