Got it on sale for $9.xx. Inch and half rack, fan. USB works.
Planned to use it frequently on the desk and most likely on the lap. Both USB ports work. The LEDs are on the fans, so I have 6 separate fans with 6 blue LEDs behind the plastic case. The cost was nine dollars and some little things are by far the cheapest. , and if you're using a phone holder, this piece sticks out for about a phone and a half. He is calm. On the "One of Six" setting, the fans make no noise. It happens to my laptop 3 times out of 6 when it is idle. I don't plan on raising it, but it's a solid metal bar too.
