UPDATE: Working with Panda has allowed me to go back to them and get a refund. Although the device didn't work for me, I was very happy with their technical support and their willingness to accept returns. ORIGINAL: I don't know if it was just a bad device or if you might have a problem with it, but it didn't work for me. It installed and connected without any problems, but didn't stay connected for more than 15 minutes, after which I had to turn it off and on again to reconnect. I have to say that their technical support was excellent. They will respond with suggestions in just a few hours. But despite all the advice, the device became more and more useless. I ended up not being able to run more than a minute before the connection failed. Completely useless in the end. I suspect my machine was bad, but according to Revane, time has passed so I can't go back. If you decide to buy, if you have any problems, please return them as soon as possible.
