doesn't like that everything is plastic. I wouldn't buy it if I knew how cheap and tasteless this shower head is. Waterpik used to be a good brand, but now it's not! To install: You must use tape on ALL connections. Even if the manual doesn't explicitly use it. It flows like crazy when you don't. You cannot hand tighten it enough to make a seal without it. You also need to use a crescent wrench to tighten all the nuts or it will leak. Use a cloth between the wrench head and the nut as the shower head is plastic and will scratch and scrape like crazy. This is really a lousy product. I installed this without leaking or unpacking, but you must be very careful when installing. Nothing for the inexperienced. And it's such a cheap product that hiring a professional to install it would be a waste of money. If that cheap junk fails, I'll buy a metal head, chrome, and hose from a hardware store.
