Review on Uncle Goose Classic Blocks Wagon by Henry Hunter

Good Building Blocks: Building Toys

I like the look of these blocks. My son seems to like them, although he's not learning much from them at the moment. He has a lot more fun flipping the cart and clearing blocks from it, so this is a great toy to keep him entertained. The blocks and trolley appear to be of good quality and look like they will last (although as mentioned in another review the rope on the trolley is too small). They are a good size and do not pose any danger to young children. The colors on the cubes are attractive and the images will intrigue children. My biggest criticism of them is that I constantly worry that my son might hurt himself if he accidentally stumbles and falls on one of these blocks. The edges are slightly blunt (rounded) but not enough to avoid injury if someone falls on them. I also noticed a small chip on one of the blocks, but I don't want to send everything back because of a small defect in one block. However, since these blocks cost twice as much as other blocks on the market, I expected Uncle Goose to pay more attention to its quality. 1 star for that and not enough rounded edges. Otherwise these blocks are great!
