I like that we have been able to grow our team from 4 people in 2014, to now over 40 employees at multiple locations across 2 states! The culture is amazing; everyone cares about each other's well-being as much or more than their own. It has always felt welcoming for new hires/people who are not familiar with the organization (or even if they're already here). There can be some bureaucracy involved when it comes time to get things done but overall it seems very efficient once you figure out how everything works. For any hiring managers - make sure your candidates know what expectations look like before coming into an interview process. If there isn't clear communication in advance of interviews then this could cause problems during onboarding later down the road. We needed help managing employee relations issues between departments and creating processes within those teams so that all parties were happy & productive together. I like that they are very flexible, easy to work for and have an amazing team of people who really care about their clients! Sometimes it can be difficult working in such a large organization but everyone is so helpful when you need them most!! Nothing at this time! It was great being able to grow my career as fast or slow as needed while still having fun doing what i love every day.
