I really liked the team and the customer care. They are all very polite and are a pleasure to communicate with. They really go the extra mile for me and my business. I have really no complaints. Paragon Micro is a pleasure to work with and the team is very knowledgeable in the IT and telecom industries and have a great understanding of my business needs. I have no complaints, and the customer support team is very quick to respond and really work to get me set up correctly and on the right path. They have a really great understanding of my needs and their team is very knowledgeable and know the IT and telecom industries. Very professional sales team that provides great customer support as well! I would highly recommend them to any business looking at purchasing new computer equipment or networking devices from their store in San Diego California area!! Nothing so far has been bad about this process thus no complaints here either. The only thing i dislike was not being able too see my product before purchase but thats just me haha.
