I read another review before purchasing this item. When I received it it was exactly the same as the picture, very bright and beautiful. It has been about two months and the carpet has faded and looks like it is covered in mold as the paint has started to peel off. I bought this for my 15 month old daughter's bathroom. After each use I rinse it and hang it to dry as it has no drainage hole and my little one takes a bath every day. This carpet looks awful and dirty even though it is very clean. It's about 2 months of life since I'm going to throw it away. I will take a photo and upload it. yes, it has a rough texture, it hasn't slipped on it once and the suction cups hold the tile so it's 2 stars. otherwise not recommended, especially as it wasn't cheap.
