It's easy to use, it has all features one needs for development stage monitoring (CI/CD). There are some minor bugs which can be fixed by developers or open source community but nothing serious at least in my opinion so far. I highly recommend this tool! As mentioned above we have CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins as our continuous integration system using gitlab-runner docker image. We also used Buildkite service before switching over to GitLab runner container because its free option was more attractive than other paid services like CircleCi etc. Before migrating from BuildKites to Gitlabs runners there where many issues when running tests via Selenium WebDriver scripts due to slow response time between test runs so after migration we were able to reduce those problems significantly.
