The remote control is very simple and really bad. It's no good following simple instructions when scrolling up and down a TV app page. Therefore, you often have to use the "Arrow" option, like the mouse, which is actually slow and frustrating. This set-top box seems very basic and old compared to similar devices, so it's not compatible with many smart TV apps (warn you of a compatibility issue). As a result, the view is often misaligned and the interactive options are sometimes halfway across the screen. Used on 2 new HD TVs. And this product just stopped working after accidentally using it for 2 months. The input is no longer recognized on my TVs and that includes buying new HDMI cables to see if that fixes the problem. I've passed the return window so I still thought I'd comment to help others.
