Review on SURDOCA by Satish Tegan

As a person who regularly purchases health and fitness aids, I was eager to test out SURDOCA's wares because of their purported attention to detail. However, my interactions with the company were largely unsatisfactory. Some of their products were well-made, but others had a lot of flaws and inconsistent quality. The inconsistency of their performance was quite frustrating, and it diminished my confidence in the quality of the goods produced by the company. In addition, they provided terrible service to its customers. I complained about problems with their items and received a condescending and unhelpful answer from customer service. It was as if they gave a hoot about the satisfaction of their clients or the quality of their items. In sum, my experience with SURDOCA was negative due to its erratic performance and unimpressive customer service. They may be proud of what they've accomplished, but they still have a ways to go before they can be called a trustworthy source for exercise equipment. Anyone thinking about making a purchase from them should exercise extreme caution, in my opinion.
