Bold and bold good for salt and pepper mill sets

What I didn't understand was that they have caps on top (hiding the grinding mechanism) that are a little difficult for arthritic hands to remove. Also, the shredders are bigger than I was hoping for, but you know I LOVE them! You convinced me the first time. Smooth and clean, they grind easily to create just the right amount of spice.
