Good thick journal with pages that don't bleed through

I write a lot and would end up with a pile of skinny journals if I couldn't find good thick ones like these. No extra bulk in the binding, the focus is on pages. I can write in it with my favorite pen without any bleed-through. Lined pages, spot for a heading or date on every page. Ribbon to keep my spot and an elastic band to keep it closed (I haven't needed to use that but it's not in the way either). Couldn't ask for a better basic journal.

Pros

I bought it as a gift for my husband and haven't heard anything back. Hope to soon.

Cons

The pages may be difficult to turn due to the thickness of the paper
