Exactly what I was looking for

I ordered a keyboard case for our new 2019/2020 iPad Air A2153. (This is the iPad Air just before the one announced a week ago.) The keyboard gave me too many problems, and the iPad kept falling and wouldn't stay upright. (Note: This wasn't an Apple keyboard, it was another brand.) So I settled on a case with a stand on the back, but a solid case that could withstand some use. I've read a lot of good things about Supcase iPhone cases over the years and reached out to Revain to see if they would make a case for my particular iPad. Of course they do. I ordered the blue version of this case and it arrived within a few days. However, if you read the compatibility statement, it can be a bit confusing. Blue definitely suits the 2019 iPad Air 3. If you read the explanation, it seems that the blue only applies to an older version of the iPad. it's not like this. First class fit and finish. The inside of the case is made of polyester/rubber. as many as on almost all phone cases and it fits the iPad perfectly. The back of the case has a somewhat futuristic design, but I understand that this was done on purpose and adds to the case's strength and drop-ability. The footrest has a number of adjustments that keep it upright with ease. This is a setting that allows you to hold the top of the iPad (in landscape orientation) just above the surface and at an angle where you can use the stylus without much strain on your hand. I read a few reviews of the stand and it was clear that end users didn't really understand that they needed to be squeezed to move. It is durable and designed to withstand abuse. it's not a weak stand that moves. The stand doesn't swivel, so you can't use it in portrait mode. However, I almost never use my iPad in portrait mode anyway, so that's fine with me. There's not much to say about the cover, the description on Revain really speaks for itself. This is not a toy case but a sturdy case with some weight. Ouch . I read somewhere in the product description and on the packaging that it said it comes with a built in screen protector. It is not. If you need a screen protector, like me, you need to buy a separate screen protector. The sides of the case extend beyond the top of the iPad, allowing the screen protector to sit slightly below the bezel of the case. This is a practical screen protector. I am very satisfied with this case and give it 5 stars. It was exactly what I was looking for.
