I owe this company a review not because I was given a product to test but because their customer support is so great. I bought two of these waterfall faucets and after only a few weeks the water pressure was very bad. I have water in the filter system so that bothered me a lot. I wasn't sure if it was a water saver or a faucet cartridge but I was compelled and determined to find out because we love this product. 35mm standard foot cartridge, problem solved. I want everyone to know that this company stands behind their product, damn they do more, they stand behind it. You can't go wrong buying from this company, that's for sure. Now for those of you who have water flow issues and adjusting the valves under the sink doesn't solve the problem. Try these suggestions.1. Remove the water saver and clean it. Simply remove the top of the faucet and remove the filter cartridge. You will see a green plug below. Remove and clean it, then reinsert it. This should solve most problems. If you really need a heavy flow of water you can remove it all together, but be careful as it will overflow.
