Products exceeded my expectations as a product of the same type was missing

They are exactly as advertised, I broke a couple of chain clasps and was unable to purchase them locally as the store wanted me to have them sent to the jeweller, which took a long time a week or more and treated me with suspicion, my chains are over 40 years old and they are special to me.
