Metal Hangers are fairly thick
This is an attractive, well-made item and easy to assemble. However, I could not use it for any of my doors because the hangers are too thick to allow the door to close with this hook set in place. I could trim the door or jamb, but no. So if your doors are close'fitting at the top, maybe pass on this. If you have a 6mm (1/4inch) gap, you should be good to go. You can also mount it to a wall (wallboard mounts included).
- Hard to put together- very tight … hope it lasts
- Hooks might slip and lose grip on items
