I bought this tool to use with my 2019 Freightliner M2. Out of the box it doesn't communicate with my truck via manufacturer specific modes or global OBD II modes. I thought maybe it just needs a software update since my truck was brand new. However, when I tried to download the driver, the website said I should register first. The registration page doesn't do anything when you enter the requested information and click the 'Create User' button, so it was an error. Even if I could get through, the included USB cable wasn't up to date. I plugged it into my computer, saw the screen flash a few times, then went blank. Growing up in independent repair shops I thought Launch made the best of the best, but when I finally bought one of their products I was very disappointed.
