Really disappointed. I was delighted when my bag arrived to match other Vera accessories. Then I noticed that a few loose strands were forgivable (I'm just being picky) but then I saw a whole stitch was missing and then another. See photos. And when I filled in the return option, there was no exchange option - just a return. I bought this specifically during the peak sale days to save big. If I want to rebuy now, I have to pay the full price. Since that's the case I'll just wait and buy a larger bag, hopefully at another sale. The bag itself was ok, but smaller than I imagined. I was hoping it would be possible to put a drink in the side pockets but these pockets are too small. If you don't carry a lot of things with you then this could be good for you. I personally would buy a different style if I had the opportunity now.
