Poorly made. Rolling balls fall out.
I have tried to work with this applicator twice. During the first week one of the roller balls failed rendering the device unusable as the lotion entered through the open hole. Revane offered to send another one for free and I agreed. A replacement applicator arrived and within two weeks had the same problem. I returned the device and Revain refunded the money. It's been a great experience with Revain on product improvement, this product should be removed from inventory. Terrible quality."
