Next time I'll use metal! My dog ate this while locked in a kennel on a ferry ride. He mastered this very well under supervision in hotels. It was also very small for my 83lb German Shepherd. I ended up buying a travel bottle for my dog to have water as here he was constantly drinking all the water or leaking it. We moved to Alaska and our dog was too big to fly per airline requirements. So we drove him for 4 days and he had to stay in daycare with a 15 minute break about every 8 hours for potty and food. After one of those breaks, we realized that this bowl was completely chewed up. He even made a hole in the ground.
