I was so hoping I would like it. Unfortunately it was a big mistake for me.1. They are advertised as self-cleaning, however there are MANY steps to cleaning the parts after use. The only thing that cleans itself is the roller. You need to clean the water tank, filter, base, crevices in the vacuum cleaner, and after running the roller you can clean everything again. The cleaning process was so long that I could literally clean the floor by hand in the same amount of time, so I didn't save any time. Vacuum and water tanks are designed for separate collection of dry waste and dirty water. However, there was a lot of dry debris everywhere it wasn't supposed to go. I think it also made cleaning a lot messier. The mop didn't clean the floor well. I have glossy laminate and ceramic tile. The mop didn't pick up stains even when I held the cleaning solution and wiped the same spot multiple times. There are a lot of streaks left on the laminate that I could live with if the mop actually cleans the floor. There's no indicator to beep or tell you when to stop mopping when there's still enough solution left to start a "self-cleaning" cycle. So after measuring it out for the mop I had to take it a step further to make more to clean the roller. The process was so tedious and messy that it defeated the purpose of the two-in-one design. It was sent back the same day I received it. Update: I've heard a lot of good things about the Bissell Spinwave Cordless Mop so instead of hoping for a 2-in-1 miracle I ordered it. I posted a photo so everyone can see the difference in floor cleaning performance.
