**update**I got the replacement. I like how small it is and the fact that I don't have to spend 65 dollars ever 2 -3 months to have our German Shepard groomed. He is a large dog and weighs about 100lbs with medium to long coat. It usually takes him a few hours to completely dry out and even after brushing him during and after the bath I still have a bunch of hair coming off him. This dryer cut the drying and brushing time down a lot. 20 mins washing then maybe 30-40 mins drying. The noise level is not quiet but I can live with that. It didn’t get hot like a couple of other reviews I read but I never turned on the heating unit. I have it 4 star because the first one was broken but other then that pretty good product for the price.I was very excited to get this dryer today but I was a bit disappointed after trying to use it. I plugged it in and nothing. no light on, no motor running, no nothing. I waited for my husband to get home because lets honest, sometimes I can miss things but nope! Nothing! Luckily Walmart is great and I started the return process and should have a replacement in about a week or so. I will be back to edit my review when that one comes in. I am trying to remain hopeful that it will come through and be a great product.
