I thank the company for prompt service. The two stars, for the shoes. The design of this shoe is gorgeous but they are horribly made. Just cheep jute, construction, the toe area is like putting your toes into a steel boot. Other shoppers complained they were to rub holes in their heels. I didn't give them a chance, I couldn't stand how stiff the toe area is. Plus a metal fastener at the heel site to run the ribbon through. Sooner or later this would rub, either a green stain or rub the foot. I also didn't like that the shoe stuck out past my heel, I naturally ordered my size. Looks cheap and not necessarily a cheap shoe. Too bad because I have not seen a striped canvas summer sandal that ties around the ankle. They are going back.
