I wear these shoes for HIIT workouts, weightlifting and training. They are so light and comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised at the price! I usually wear chunky sneakers and I'm really glad I tried something new. I ordered the 8 Wide based on feedback from others and I'm glad I did. I usually wear a size 8 or 8.5 and a size 8 fits perfectly. I would suggest playing with the laces and tongue to get the perfect fit. At first I thought this fit hurt the top of the foot but after numerous adjustments they fit like a glove so don't get as angry as I did when I first put them on.
