The product fits my size perfectly. The price was right. It arrived well packaged. The output was strong and the air warm. The return was easy. What made the heater unacceptable was that the casing and especially the grate through which the hot air flows are made of plastic. The plastic smell didn't go away even after prolonged heating. My guess is that hot air over a plastic screen will always drive away the smell of plastic, and who knows if it's toxic. This plastic grill product isn't the only one I've gone to big stores looking for a small infrared heater. Although I paid twice as much, there are metal bars to be found. A lot of things about this product were true, but the fact that plastic particles from hot air are a serious health problem. Perhaps the manufacturer can make the outer casing more durable and use a metal grille.
