I have very severe neuropathy and almost flat feet. Add a little arthritis in the big toe and it's almost impossible to walk without excruciating pain. I wore them around the house and to grocery stores. It takes me about 5 minutes to determine if the shoe doesn't fit. They are very comfortable and absorb bumps well. They are soft but not too soft. I need a small arch but no higher than the top arch and they are perfect. I would like more colors, especially bright green, red, yellow. Sketchers have fun with sizes. I take 8, 8 1/2, 9. I ordered 9 and they are ok. I played it safe with the heel cup. 8 1/2 would work too. The Velcro straps allow me to adjust the ankle and foot straps so they don't slip off my skinny legs. They don't wobble (wish they wobbled) and as long as you don't get dizzy spells you won't have any balance issues or ankle twisting. They just work. The sole has some texture. Not overly textured but it will be apparent that foot sweat is not a problem. Sketchers threw it out of the park. Note to drafters - don't mess with the good stuff! Except color. The straps are wide enough for support but not bulky. Regardless of the width of your feet, I think they will fit everyone. If there are any problems after a few days, I'll update my review. So far so good, stable and almost perfect.
