Unfortunately, my most recent internet purchase from Sportime did not go as planned. Their client service was poor, despite the fact that they specialized in sporting goods and camping equipment. My questions were not answered promptly, and the answers I did get were incomplete. In addition, I had a hard time locating what I needed because of the website's muddled and unintuitive user layout. The checkout procedure was also a source of aggravation, what with its hidden costs and lengthy processing times. Overall, my stay at Sportime left me feeling disappointed. As someone who does a lot of online shopping and is interested in sports, I would not recommend this store to anyone seeking for high-quality items and solid support.
