The best thing about this service is that it does not require any other application or software installed on our device unlike others like GCM which requires additional applications be installed separately. This feature makes Pushy one of my favorite services because I don't have to worry about having an extra app installed on my phone just so i can receive messages from certain people who has signed up with the same provider as me. And yes if you are using android phones then this won't work well for you until google opens their cloud messaging API for mobile platforms. As long as users use Android OS version higher than 4.3 they will still benefit with Pushy since there's no need to install any third party application on your smartphone unless you want to do some custom coding from scratch. The best thing about this service is that it's very easy to integrate with other services like Zapier or IFTT so you can automate your data flow from one platform into another. Not much, but there are some minor issues when integrating multiple platforms together. We've been using this tool since last year and we never had any kind of problem working with them. They're always available whenever needed and they have excellent customer care team as well.
