I fill this up every morning when I go to school. (8:00 a.m.) But the time I need to drink water is from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (for some reason I don't drink that often), it's actually already "not cool", lukewarm, nothing. But other than that, these are nothing more. Very durable plastic body. Accidentally stepping on it caused my friend to collapse, but since the lid is airtight I had to depressurize and bam! He returned to his original form.
