FAR SUPERIOR TO THE BASENOR CARGO COVER

I first bought the Basenor cargo cover. After I've often bought Basenor products. Their product was obviously more popular, based on the number of reviews. But the Basenore cover scratched the heck out of the plastic panels in the trunk, The tabs are metals, and covered with a tape that provides no protection. After I put the Basenor cover in place, one of the brackets behind the seat split vertically. I returned it and ordered The Vihimai cover, even tho0uigh I never hears of it, there were few reviews, but I could see that the brackets were a different design, and the cross bar is held in place by springs, not gravity and intertia.Today I unpacked the Vihimai and put it place. WHAT A SUPERIOR PRODUCT. A far better design of the brackets, and the springs in the cross bar hold them in place. One could almost get away with not gluing them in.When one pulls the cover out (so that is covers the space, the pins do NOT scratch the plastic panels. They are better fitted and they are PLASTIC, not metal. My two complaints are1.that the instructions are written in barely understandable English.2. The instruction tell you to apply the adhesion promoter. Alas, none is provided and there is no explanation of exactly what that is. Fortunately, I was already familiar with it, and Best Buy carries a set of five 3M adhesion promoter sponges for $12.75, and they are listed as Best Buy choice.I don't know that the promoter is necessary, but better safe than sorry.
