The best part of this product for me was that it gave so many options, but not all were easy or cheap enough! I think they should have more affordable choices in terms off price range as well if you are looking into small business printing needs like ours (printing around 10k documents per day). We used our printer/copier mainly to print forms needed from clients, invoices etc., we also had some other uses such as sending bulk emails via Outlook 365 since most companies use Gmail these days. Printing has been greatly reduced because there's no need anymore when using cloud services - saves us money too!! No longer do i worry about running out ink toners paper just make sure everything goes through their website first before purchasing anything else online. Not much really except maybe an occasional glitch here &there which would be solved very quickly by support staffs amazing customer service skills :) As mentioned above though.
